Premium KAESER Rotary Screw Compressors

MPS Industrial is proud to partner with KAESER to offer a comprehensive line of premium rotary screw compressors designed for superior reliability and performance. Whether you are running a small workshop or a large-scale manufacturing facility, we have the air system to meet your demands. Our KAESER lineup features a massive power range spanning from 3 to 600 HP (8.8 to 3044 CFM). Additionally, for facilities focused on energy efficiency and load management, we provide one of the industry’s widest selections of variable speed drive (VFD) compressors, ranging from 10 to 600 HP (10 to 3037 CFM).

Belt Drive Series

HP: 3-30 | CFM: 8.8-124 | PSIG: 80-217

KAESER’s small rotary screw compressors run cooler and more efficiently than piston units. The 100% duty cycle eliminates the need to over-size your machine.

  • 100% Duty Cycle: Runs continuously without cool-down periods.
  • Cooler Operation: Runs 100°F cooler than piston units.
  • Energy Efficient: More air per horsepower reducing costs.
  • Quiet: Standard enclosure allows operation near workforce.
  • Cleaner Air: 90% less oil carry-over than piston units.

Direct Drive Series

HP: 25-450 | CFM: 72-2015 | PSIG: 80-217

Featuring a true 1:1 direct drive, the airend connects directly to the motor via a maintenance-free coupling. This eliminates transmission losses for maximum efficiency.

  • No-Loss Transmission: Direct connection maximizes power.
  • Oversized Airends: Low RPM operation for long life.
  • Lower Energy Costs: Superior efficiency over gear-driven units.
  • Reduced Maintenance: Fewer moving parts and lower wear.
  • Quiet Operation: Low speed design reduces noise.

Variable Speed (SFC)

HP: 10-600 | CFM: 10-3037 | PSIG: 80-217

KAESER’s Sigma Frequency Control (SFC) combines robust airends with advanced variable speed technology to match air production exactly to your demand.

  • Perfect Match: Motor speed adjusts to air demand instantly.
  • Sigma Profile: Large, optimized airends turn at slower speeds.
  • Efficient Range: High efficiency across the entire speed curve.
  • Soft Start: Eliminates current spikes on startup.

T-Series (Integral Dryer)

HP: 3-175 | CFM: 8.8-851 | PSIG: Standard

A complete air treatment package. The reliable T-series integrates a refrigerated dryer into the main cabinet, providing high-quality compressed air from one compact footprint.

  • All-in-One: Piped, wired, and ready to run.
  • Modular Cabinet: Separates heat of compression from the dryer.
  • Easy Maintenance: Single-point hook-up and easy access.
  • Space Saving: Eliminates need for separate dryer piping.

Airtower Series

HP: 4-7.5 | CFM: 8.8-28

The ultimate compact solution. The Airtower combines the compressor, receiver tank, and dryer into one solid steel vertical column.

  • Durable: Solid steel construction.
  • Plug & Play: Built-in receiver tank stores air.
  • Dry Air: Integral refrigerated dryer removes moisture.
  • Ultra Quiet: Noise levels as low as 67 dB(A).
  • Cool Running: Excellent cooling makes filtration easier.

AirCenter Systems

HP: 4-60 | CFM: 8.8-248

Available in Single and Duplex configurations, the AirCenter is a "Compressor Room in a Box," featuring compressor, dryer, and receiver in one unit.

  • Simple Installation: Integrated design reduces setup costs.
  • Duplex Options: Run only the engines needed for demand.
  • Redundancy: Duplex models offer built-in back-up.
  • Flexible Location: Low vibration allows placement anywhere.
  • Maintenance Friendly: Easy access to all components.
